What data we process and why

When you write to us using the forms on this website (contact, information request about a machine or machine search), we process the data you provide: name, company, email, phone (optional), your message and, where applicable, the machine you are asking about. We use it only to answer your enquiry and, if you request it, to send you information or quotes about machinery.

We do not use your data for automated decisions or profiling.

Legal basis

The consent you give when submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, when your enquiry concerns the purchase of a machine, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

How long we keep it

For as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship. Afterwards, data will be kept blocked only for the legal periods during which liability could arise, and then deleted.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. The providers of our web hosting and email services may access it solely to provide those services, as data processors.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Ireland Ltd. will process browsing data as explained in the cookie policy; this may involve transfers to the United States covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You may access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [email protected]. If you believe your request has not been properly handled, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
